Dear Kentucky Legislators:

A college student's Constitutional rights don't get paused when they step foot onto a college campus.

​

For too long, Kentucky's public universities have strong-armed its students by denying them their Constitutional rights. 

​

That is why I am asking you to support legislation that guarantees students' basic legal rights such as:

​

  • The right to receive notice of charges against them

  • The right to hear evidence against them

  • The right to present the their side of the story

  • The right to be represented by an attorney

​

It is unacceptable for Kentucky's public colleges to continue ignoring basic American principles.
