Tell the Warren County School Board to quit wasting your tax dollars.

Dear Warren County School Board:

After trapping children in virtual instruction for the past year, it is not surprising to see the government monopoly file a lawsuit last week to trap Kentucky children in failing schools.

However, it is wrong and wasteful for Warren County residents to be the leading funder of a lawsuit to undo the recently passed school choice bill in Kentucky (HB 563).

School choice programs have overwhelming support among Kentuckians on both sides of the aisle.

Instead of supporting Kentucky voters' wishes, this lawsuit uses tax dollars to sue taxpayers

What's worse is that school choice programs like Kentucky's have already been proven legal in the Supreme Court of the United States. Why are you wasting tax dollars on a lawsuit that has already been tested?

I ask that you withdraw your authorization to waste our local tax dollars on a frivolous lawsuit and instead use that money as it was intended  -- to educate our children.
